i follow this steps
git clone -b sample-place-details https://github.com/googlemaps/js-samples.git
cd js-samples
npm i
npm start
and then "Oops! Something went wrong.
This page didn't load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details."

@Jean1dev just wondering if you were able to get this to work? I've allowed my API key to be used by my localhost
