LLPkgStore team design llpkg and need to implement it in llgo.

We also need support for running C demos with llpkg packages—both independent (like cJSON) and dependent ones (e.g., libxml2 → zlib, libxslt → libxml2 → zlib)—and ensure their binaries are provided by llpkg.
