not able to complete install of ATM5 v2.23

I am not saying this is a problem with your app,
I just don't have a way to check if this is the case.

when I attempt the install of All The mods 5,
(https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/all-the-mods-5)
I get an error message: "forge manifest does not contain loader '31.2.56'"

I did check with the CurseForge app if the modpack installs correctly,
and it does install Forge 31.2.56 at the beginning of the process, and then finishes correctly.

Operating System:

• OS: Windows 11
• Launcher Version: Carbon 2.0.24
• Java Version: don't know
• Minecraft Version: 1.15.2
• Mod Loader: Forge
