What would you like to backport?
Expected issues
- this requires LoopBeginNode.disableLoopExitSafepoint(SafepointState) function - it was introduced in [GR-59003] [GR-59366] Safepoint refactorings. - this change, in turn, has other dependencies.
Describe the motivation for the backport.
- Oracle GraalVM for JDK 21.0.6 backports and fixes:
- Allow no exit safepoint if end safepoints are disabled.
