This change is a follow-up fix for GR-63729. It modifies TLABObjectHeaderConstant (introduced in GR-63729) and fix a sign issue in the folded constant for large objects. GR-63729 must be backported first.

The backport of GR-63729 is questionable: it is not mentioned in the Oracle GraalVM change logs, and although it can be merged, it is a large change that does not apply cleanly and would require additional backports.
