Config: Add custom User Agent support

What would you like to be added:
This would be nice to have the option to set a custom User Agent in the requests coming from the image renderer to Grafana so it's easier to identify them in the logs.

Why is this needed:
During incidents, it's hard to understand which requests come from users and which request come from the image renderer.
