e.g:

who is on call for this service?
when am I next on call?

To do this we need to figure out auth and possibly getting the correct backend URL.

Not sure if there is a Go library for IRM?

The go library for IRM is https://github.com/grafana/amixr-api-go-client, still named amixr, but it is used by terraform.
