Create tests that exercise mute timings and time intervals configuration in the Alertmanager

In a recent Alertmanager version mute timings was kind of replaced with Time Intervals, during the upgrade we almost missed the inclusion of these into the mimir Alertmanager due to not having any tests.

Let's make sure we exercise these code path in tests.
