What went wrong?

What happened:

  • I don't get resolved email after the problem has been resolved

What did you expect to happen:

  • I need resolved email if the problem has been resolved.

How do we reproduce it?

  1. Open Grafana OnCall and set escalation chain to notify all member in the team
