Every entry of ADC traces is 8192 if noise directory given w/o "/" at the end

I found a bug that causes the ADC traces to be completely filled with 8192 in every entry.
It happens if, when giving a directory for the ADC noise traces in "RunSimPipeADCNoise.py", you don't put a "/" at the end of the directory.
With the "/" at the end, it works perfectly
