Issues with setting up on local docker. Hostname and port.

I am trying with my local docker, and having a couple of issues. Firstly even if I try to access the local server name, it gets redirected to proxy.luna.teleport which isn't the hostname of the docker server, so how can I fix this? Similarly port 443 is not available on that docker server, so I changed the external docker port to 3443, but that redirect also gets rid of the the port, and redirects to port 443. How can I change that?
