WebUI not loading

I followed all the steps from getting started guide and installed teleport, but when I started the teleport and try to access the webui I see message "can't connect to server". I do see "[SSH:PROXY] Listening on [::]:443" in logs and there are no errors which makes me believe all is good but still webui not loading, not sure what is wrong. Attached log for reference(I have removed my domain information from logs).

My current setup:
Cloud: Oracle
OS: Ubuntu 20.04
8GB RAM
64Bit Processor.
Ports 443 and 80 are open through firewall.

I tried same setup on Google cloud VM and it worked just fine.
