Audit log entry for Access list should include name

Expected behavior:

The name of the access list is included in the audit log entry. In the UI it shows the name and you can search by name. Having only the uuid makes it hard to know which access list was created or updated.

Current behavior:

The uuid is shown for review and creation, not including the name.
