@groepl : thanks for the great work with the latest v4 on https://github.com/groepl/Obsidian-Zettelkasten-Starter-Kit.

I have 2 questions regarding this update:

1. Will Obsidian-Templates (this repo) be updated to refect with the latest template changes (mostly renaming the existing templates) in Starter-Kit v4?, evetually? Or do you intend to keep these 2 repos seperate?
2. What's the rationale behind combining the previous "4_References" folder into now "2_Literature" folder? I want to understand more about the design choices before I migrate my existing notes.

As always, I enjoy a lot of your work in Zettelkasten forum, Obsidian community, and Linkin posts. Keep up the great work.

My answers to:

1. ‘Obsidian templates’ contains the latest template updates. They will always be included in the 'Obsidian-Zettelkasten-Starter-Kit'.
2. Here’s my why for combining the previous "4_References" folder into now "2_Literature" folder:

• My first Zettelkasten started with the basic structure from Sönke Ahrens’ book: Provide structure. How do you use Zettelkasten in Obsidian? in 2022. Literature Notes were part of my inbox. Processed notes moved to the Permanent Notes or Bibliographic Notes folder.
• It was not a good idea for me to have two inboxes. The Literature Notes folder was almost empty. My results from reading are typically Literature Notes, Bibliographic Notes, and Reference Notes (I don’t use a reference system like Zotero), and of course Permanent Notes.
• Now I have a Literature Notes folder in my Slipbox. I have a single inbox. And only one decision: Should I save the idea in Literature Notes (written in the context of the source) or Permanent Notes (written in the context of my own ideas and interests)?

My decision to change took a few months. And now some work to adapt my Zettelkasten to the new structure. But I like the new simplified approach.
