tiny go version didn't use to do that (run button was disabled until it was done...)

seems it can still happen on chrome using return/backspace/return/backspace a few times

it appears to be a browser-agnostic problem. fire "run" function (press enter more oftenly) to reproduce. may be caused easier if the code has a syntax error, but the main cause of the bug is different
