Support Unix line endings for emitted pal files #130
Description
Since pret/pokeemerald#2004, pokeemerald supports Unix line endings in .pal files. Porytiles should respect this by also supporting Unix line endings. We should provide a compilation flag. Either -emit-unix-lf or -emit-windows-crlf. We'll need to decide which behavior is default.
