Error when loading the BSgenome with the latest EaCoN

Hello, I updated my EaCoN package to process the WES data and got the following error message:
Error in (function (classes, fdef, mtable) :
unable to find an inherited method for function ‘metadata’ for signature ‘"BSgenome"’

I tried to run the my previous command with OncoScan data which was fine when I used the older version EaCoN, but got the same error message this time, with the newest EaCoN

I tried to install the EaCoN in another machine and got the same error.

Any idea to fix this?

Hi !

BSgenome changed its way to access some metadata. Up to now, it was just giving out a warning, it seems that now it has moved to an error. I'll fix it soon !
