Zenodo isn't creating DOIs for releases #5225
Description
This has been noticed a couple of times by a few people (I saw @tdent, @cdcapano and @dbkeitel), and there are no new Zenodo records since Jan 2024.
We should work out why this isn't happening.
Is this an expiry of some protocol first set up by (@ahnitz?, Duncan B?)
or is this a bug introduced on our end?
