Pr plug in, delayed clip start

I noticed when I use the gyroflow on my a7sIII clips, after a while when I playback my project or when I close it and open it any clip that has gyroflow in it makes my monitor freeze for a few seconds while the playback continues and it catches on after those few seconds.

This makes the workflow very hard for various reasons, like most important I need to see those few seconds without going back to play it again which then it works. I sync my clips to music and sometimes they are very short like 1 or 2 seconds which then skips them all together. The only way around it is to render those clips but its not the most practical thing in the world cause I keep making changes to them.

Is it normal? is there any way around it?
