Dependency on nom v4.2.3 will break in a future version of Rust

When compiling this package, I get:

> warning: the following packages contain code that will be rejected by a future version of Rust: nom v4.2.3

Unfortunately, upgrading is not easy for me. `nom` has migrated off macros and it's not clear to me as a drive-by contributor how to migrate these.
