Feedback issue with Drag n Drop content type

We are using Drag n Drop content type to create some quizzes for our website http://skrilly.tech.

Now the issue is regarding feedback. So in case of feedback for this content type, there are 2 options allowed for each ‘drag zone’. Thats fine, but the problem is same feedback keeps repeating in case there are multiple options that get dropped in a drag zone. Can we limit this to keeping only 1 feedback for correct options and 1 for incorrect, without repetition??
