  1. Create a Patient role that represents any generic patient
    Any patient that's logged in will automatically assume this role
  2. New page will get metadata from the backend as usual
  3. Metadata is array of steps, but we want one long step. So unwrap all of the steps, into one step, with a long field array
  4. Pass that new metadata to StepContent
  5. Might need to do reconstruction of data before posting
