Got an invite for a new HCB org I created, was going to accept the invite on HCB mobile

Describe the bug

1. UI bug showing a bit of red on the accept button
2. If there's an error it just doesn't show - for this org I hadn't finished signing a contract, which shows a "Before accepting the invite, you need to sign the associated contract." message on web but nothing happened on mobile.
