Overview

At least once a month, PM's should update Team Rosters on Google Drive and the Wiki Page to maintain all current team members.

Action Items

  • Go to Wiki Roster and select "Edit" (on top right hand side)
  • In Edit mode, delete all content
  • Add Current Team
    • Type the following: ### Current Team
    • On the Drive Roster, go to 3rd tab named: "CURRENT TEAM- AUTO BUILD"
    • In Current Team Auto Build Sheet, copy all
    • Paste into the Edit Screen on GitHub
    • Delete first line (everything contained in <>)
  • Add Former Members
    • On the Next Line type the following: ### Former Team Members
    • On the Google Sheet, go to 4th tab named: "FORMER TEAM- AUTO Build"
    • Add former team members to Wiki Roster using same steps as adding Current Team
  • Save Page
