HmIP-MP3P & ELV-SH-CTH

The "new" HmIP-MP3P Combination Signalling Device has finally been integrated into the HmIP-Cloud. Now it "only" needs to work with HA 😃

ELV is now also integrating other devices from the ‘ELV-SH-xxx’ kit series into the HmIP cloud, such as the new ELV-SH-CTH Compact Temperature and Humidity sensor

I have saved both devices in my installation and in the dumb file.

I would also be happy to see the HmIP-MP3P combo signal device added.
Perhaps it could be included in the next update.

I have also added a absolute humidity sensor for vaporAmount value: home-assistant/core#143709

i had a look at the MP3P. There is no device, which is like this one. I guess you would like to play sounds via HomeAssistant? If yes, you have to find out, which commands are send to the device, if you make stuff in the HmIP App. You can do that with a Proxy. Here is a description: #492

Do you think you can do that? Otherwise, it doesn't make sense to implement the device.

The MP3P is a combination signal generator; it can play sound files and at the same time the LEDs on the device can light up in different colors.
