Issues with SeaDrive Client for M1 Mac

Hey everybody -

I encounter an issue where for one my files don't sync and also running into a warning from terminal - I posted a pic of my issue.
I'd love for it to work for my studies and collaborative efforts.

I single-signed-in with my shibboleth and could see the extension in my finder - I ran through all the steps required for Mac i.e. restart and setting my security settings with a safe-reboot on Mac etc.
It also says something about an internal server issue -

I tried to check/uncheck the finder extensions several times - a reboot as well; still running into the same error
