[11.0.13] Reset user password can't send notification mail

Hi, function "Reset user password" in admin area can't send email because of error:

[WARNING] seahub.api2.endpoints.admin.users:1570 put local variable 'get_site_name' referenced before assignment

it seems related to following line users.py .

Similar issue in 12.0.11 :

[2025-04-13 22:51:30] [WARNING] seahub.api2.endpoints.admin.users:1538 put cannot access local variable 'get_site_name' where it is not associated with a value

I finally understood the displayed error is NOT the real issue, but "old" users without "Contact Email" will always make it log in seahub.log.
It should fail earlier on empty contact_email = Profile.objects.get_contact_email_by_user(email)
