Describe this feature

Currently, Halo has built-in support for in-site notifications and email notifications. In real-world scenarios, we've found that a large amount of Notification data may accumulate over time. Therefore, we hope to provide some configuration options to support automatic cleanup of Notifications to reduce system maintenance costs, or to provide an archiving mechanism for Notifications that would automatically archive older data.
