Do we need to run both Raspberry and computer codes in the same system???

Checkout the overview issue #138 which was discussed previously in the issues section to get clear picture of project..!!
By the way they have to be executed separately on raspberry pi client programs and on PC server programs these two programs communicate each other using sockets. (These were clearly explained by @hamuchiwa in the #138 issue.)
