Update `OGC Implementing/Compliant Product Details`

Since this SDK supports now OGC API - Features - Part 3: Filtering and the Common Query Language (CQL), the next step would be to update the OGC Implementing/Compliant Product Details listed here and here.

As of December 2021, OGC API - Features - Part 3 is not available on the feature list of its spec implementation page.

I will leave this issue and revisit it once the spec draft is approved.
