[WIP] Fix ganache bugs and update the tutorials

Fix both ganache-cli and harmony ganache.

1. ganache-cli issue is

• Returned error: invalid address: 0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000 sdk#95

2. harmony-ganache issue are:

• Problem building ganache support from source on Ubuntu 20.04 harmony-one-ganache-support#3
• Problems getting ganache to run successful on Ubuntu Linux - Docker Image harmony-localnet-ganache Does not exist harmony-one-ganache-support#2

Update the tutorials for both ganache-cli and harmony-ganache under: https://github.com/harmony-one/docs-home/tree/master/developers/tools/using-ganache
