Use website favicon

Instead of or in addition to using the hard-coded Komodo website icons foafpress could fetch the favicon of a site being linked to. The icon can either be /favicon.ico or some other file specified in the HTML of the linked site (<link rel="icon"/>).

I will try to figure out how we can use Favicons as fallback, combined
with a config option to turn this on. This issue implies that
Foafpress should be able to cache remote images, what is a important
issue for the future anyway ...

Wouldn't it also be possible to hotlink the images? This would avoid copyright issues (although showing the icons might be fair use), but then again hotlinking is considered bad by some people.
