Overview of the Issue

Under single service, Web UI showing that "All service checks passing" for each node, even if service is critical

Reproduction Steps

1. Visit the UI page at /ui/services
2. Click any unhealthy service
3. You will see that "All service checks passing" under each Instance

Seeing the same issue. This was introduced for me when upgrading from 1.20.2 to 1.21.4.

This issue is also present on v1.21.5.

The API is reporting (one of) the service checks as critical, but the UI displays "All service checks passing":
