[Service Removal] Amazon Glacier (End of Support)

Description

AWS has announced that Amazon Glacier (the standalone service, distinct from S3 Glacier storage classes) is moving to a Maintenance lifecycle, with new customers no longer having access starting November 7, 2025. Existing customers can continue to use the service.

Action Required: Remove the affected resources/data sources in a future major version of the Terraform AWS Provider once end of support is completed.
