[Service Removal] AWS Mainframe Modernization Service (M2) (End of Support)

Description

AWS has announced that the AWS Mainframe Modernization Service (M2) is moving to a Maintenance lifecycle, with new customers no longer having access starting November 7, 2025. Existing customers can continue to use the service while exploring alternative solutions.

Action Required: Remove the affected resources/data sources in a future major version of the Terraform AWS Provider once end of support has been reached.
