There is no terraform gcp resource to create create-cred-config

We are using Apigee Hybrid (runtime on EKS), trying to automate all the infrastructure using terraform and found that there is no terraform resource create-cred-config. The equivalent gcloud command is this:

gcloud iam workload-identity-pools create-cred-config
