Manifests are licensed as BUSL

I don't think this is necessarily intended, since the helm charts are not licensed BUSL, but the manifests have a BUSL header: https://github.com/hashicorp/vault-csi-provider/blob/main/deployment/vault-csi-provider.yaml

Any chance this can be changed? Asking because we have some tooling that effectively imports manifests, and we'd like to use these manifests as a "library", in which case the legal consequences are unclear.
