Install a Pre transfer Version

Between the last 1.x version and 2.0.0, the publisher on the VS Code marketplace was changed from mauve to HashiCorp. This rename unfortunately prevents downloads of previous versions through the normal process to pin old versions in VS Code.

We have uploaded some of the previous VSIX packages for manual installation on existing release tags in the repository:

• 1.4.0
• 1.3.12

To install the VSIX manually you'll probably want to remove any existing Terraform extensions first. Since the publisher names changed, you can run a 1.x and 2.x version side by side, but this is not recommended.
