Hover Info Cannot be Seen at Page Bottom #1315

If you go to the bottom of a source page example and hover over some of the annotated text then you will notice that the yellow extra information box is off page.

In the firefox browser, I can scroll down and see the box's text but I have to rescroll for every new hover. Not very usable.

In the vimb webkit browser, I cannot scroll down and see the text.

This is an issue with hscolour, which is used by haddock: https://hackage.haskell.org/package/hscolour

it currently does not have an active source repo, much less an issue tracker, but you should probably contact @malcolmwallace about both.

Perhaps a quick fix would be to just put some padding at the bottom of the page.
