Add PhotoPrism add-on

Motivation

PhotoPrism® is an AI-powered app for browsing, organizing & sharing your photo collection. It makes use of the latest technologies to tag and find pictures automatically without getting in your way.

Proposed changes

• The app is already dockerized (docker-compose), they won't drop support.
• It should read the data from share/ or a specified directory
• When running on low RAM, Tensorflow and raw image conversion will be disabled (system requirements). Heavy features can still be disabled from UI/config.

Still don't fully understand the request, converting it to an addon requires "work" doesn't matter if it's already a container or not. Unless you would be willing to do this (and based on the fact that the project isn't accepting new addons), what's the outcome of this request?

I never said it requires no work of course. What if in the future they accept new add-ons? I think is good to have visibility on what people want. If this is really open source then we should have a space to propose changes.
