FS: A page to see all the polls that you can vote on

- you can see all the polls that you are a friend on the friend's list for that poll
- It would be an option on the navbar 
- It would show in a grid all the polls that you are able to vote on in order by creation date (so most recently created first) 
- Nice to have: Add filters so you can sort by number of votes (popularity), or creation date, etc.
