Should we drop support for 32-bit?

Currently, we code and test to support both 32 and 64 bit builds of the library?

Do we still need the 32-bit builds anymore? Anyone needing 32-bit libraries?

Note that we test with an i386 Ubuntu image that's no longer supported - so it could break on it's own in future.
