Safari downloading error

When downloading the CSV files for Stim and Ctrl on the Cellranger lesson:
https://hbctraining.github.io/scRNA-seq_online/lessons/04_cellranger_QC.html

On Safari, it download the HTML while on other browsers it downloads the CSV.

Include the stim and ctrl summary files in the data directory when they download the entire project instead of having them download it separately

The new_workshop_data has everything and the C2I link works on both Safari and Chrome
