Add the metrics file downloads to the initial download

Hi, I'm currently working through the online course and the link to download the ctrl metrics.csv file that I'm supposed to download in lesson 04_cellranger_QC.md is broken. I don't see the file in the initial download either. Would really appreciate any help here!

Thank you for your interest in the materials! These materials are not under active maintenance at the moment and the most up to date version is currently here:

https://hbctraining.github.io/Intro-to-scRNAseq-Quarto/

We suspect the two repos will be merged in a few months, but that hasn't been finalized yet. I am pretty sure this issue has been resolved in the updated materials and we are recommending that you use those for self-learning at the moment. Let us know if this helps!

@Gammerdinger I think the initial download might still be missing the CSV, but I think the link was fixed in lesson 4.

Has been added to the initial download now for Cells to Insights, but the link to the initial download needs to be updated.
