Implement an integration module for Coherence Embedding Store

We currently provide Oracle as embedding store, see https://helidon.io/docs/latest/se/integrations/langchain4j/langchain4j#_supported_langchain4j_components

This is to support CoherenceEmbeddingStore as well based on https://docs.langchain4j.dev/integrations/embedding-stores/coherence/.
