Use Path in JpaPersistenceUnitConfigBlueprint to specify script paths for alternative filesystems

We may consider to change io.helidon.data.jakarta.persistence.JpaPersistenceUnitConfigBlueprint to return script paths as Path values to support alternative filesystems.
