Integrate DSBExec like functionality into the search box; consider Alt-F2 expectations #42

From the foot of today's helloSystem/ISO#68 (comment):

… I'll take a look at this later. …

– and more generally, from the outset I was astonished to find the runner (currently DSBExec) not running when expected. There was brief discussion of this a few days ago … I can no longer find it (maybe it was in IRC?) but I assumed a general keyboard layout/map issue.

Since working around the main mapping issue, I see that an additional, more specific workaround is necessary:

The plan is to do away with the runner and integrates its functionality into the Search field in the Menu.

+1 to integration generally.

However: a runner should (I believe) be preserved as lightweight complement for running applications/commands.

Expect a runner such as DSBExec to remain highly responsive in situations where the more comprehensive Search menu becomes bogged down.

This bogging down might not occur on relatively fast, modern computers with SSDs but on an older machine with less ram and rotational storage, gstat -p can be enlightening.

If there's to be no separate runner: please don't assign Alt-F2 to something else. A user who chooses to install DSBExec (or whatever) will expect the installation to work immediately.

Thanks

Now that @jsm222 is quite the expert in all things Menu, perhaps he knows how to do it in a good way.

Should have thought about this before. Adding command line commands in a GUI menu doesn't really make sense. Let's not do it.
