Improve how you get genes #126

The current iteration of genes has problems:

  1. you get too many
  2. you get them too fast
  3. you basically get every gene in every playthrough (because you get too many)
  4. you can keep every gene by creating a "dump" cell
  5. you get really powerful genes immediately
  6. you can click the epoch button to infinitely get more
  7. You can stay on one level indefinitely and get infinite genes

Possible solutions:

  1. Refactor genes to be an "unlock" thing, based on how much MP you have earned. aside: how important is the random-ness of the drop?
  2. Add more ways to sink MP - e.g. put MP into upgrading genes you've already unlocked
