Implement testing routines #38
Description
To avoid the next "we just released version x.0 but here's a x.1 patch to fix bugs we did not see", we should set up some tests to verify:
- that the ACTB boots up and runs without issues
- that the examples all run for a given number of steps
- that the output of the metamodeling framework is as expected
- that the output of the spawn resource generation is as expected
- that the models are compiled successfully
Time to overhaul the testing folder.
