Contributor License Agreement (CLA)

Thank you for your interest in contributing to comfyui_LLM_party (the "Project"). By contributing to this Project, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Grant of Copyright License: You hereby grant to Copyright (C) 2024 heshengtao a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute your contributions and such derivative works.

  2. Grant of Patent License: You hereby grant to the heshengtao a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Project, where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable by you that are necessarily infringed by your contribution(s) alone or by combination of your contribution(s) with the Project to which such contribution(s) were submitted.

  3. Commercial Use: You agree that your contributions may be used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to its cloud business operations and any future commercial versions of the Project, whether open-source or closed-source. You waive any claims to royalties or other compensation for such use.

  4. Future License Adjustments: You agree that the heshengtao can adjust the open-source agreement to be more strict or relaxed as deemed necessary, provided that such adjustments do not conflict with the core principles of the AGPL license.

  5. Representations and Warranties: You represent that you are legally entitled to grant the above licenses. If your employer has rights to intellectual property that you create, you represent that you have received permission to make the contributions on behalf of that employer, or that your employer has waived such rights for your contributions to this Project.

  6. No Obligation: You understand that the decision to include your contribution in any project or source repository is entirely at the discretion of the heshengtao, and this agreement does not obligate the heshengtao to accept your contributions.

  7. CLA Acceptance: By submitting a pull request or otherwise contributing to the Project, you indicate your acceptance of this CLA.
